A recent study found that women wine drinkers had higher cognitive performance (smarter) than non drinking women.
This is according to a recent Norwegian study which also found that moderate wine drinking stimulates the brain and improve cognitive functions.
So that is why we feel so ‘clever’ after a few glasses of wine. I’ve had many intellectual debates at the dinner table after a glass or two of wine. But the company (guests) also play a big role, because sometimes you can have few glasses of wine but with boring people and the conversations never lift its intellectual levels.
I wonder how these scientists got the idea to relate (correlate) wine and intellectual performance. It was probably initiated after a dinner with a few glasses of wine.
Something like: “ Hi Doctor Olgarson (made up), why do think we are so clever tonight?….”

Forget that – which drink makes women ‘easy’?
